What are the 8 stations?
Revealed on the day. A balanced mix of strength and conditioning.
I'm a complete beginner. Should I still enter?
Yes — pick Beginner. Scaled weights, walk-jog allowed. The goal is finishing. Most of the Beginner heat will be right there with you.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Same loop, same price for everyone.
How does Team (Doubles) work?
Each person enters separately (R100 each). Add your partner's name on the form — we'll match you. Format briefed on the day.
How is age group scored?
Top 3 per level + age bracket. A 42-year-old Intermediate races other 35–44 Intermediates — not the 23-year-old Advanced crew.
Refund policy?
All entries final, no refunds. Entries are transferable — message us the new name + email and we'll swap them on the list.
When do entries close?
Friday 12 June 2026.
What should I bring?
Training kit, indoor shoes, water bottle. Full kit list goes out the week of the event.
